'Only 3 women out of 13?' – STAR-Ghana questions gender imbalance in new Peace Council

STAR-Ghana Foundation is raising concerns about gender imbalance in the National Peace Council.

Only three of the 13 members are women. This represents 23%, which is below the 30% minimum required by Ghana’s Affirmative Action (Gender Equity) Act, 2024.
