30 health professionals selected for Cohort III of AHC Community-based Health Entrepreneurship course

A new cohort of 30 health professionals has been selected to participate in the third round of the Community-Based Health Entrepreneurship (CBHE) course, organized by the Africa Health Champions (AHC). This initiative aims to empower healthcare workers with entrepreneurial skills that can enhance community health services. The selected participants come from various backgrounds, including nursing, pharmacy, and public health, reflecting a diverse range of expertise crucial for addressing local health challenges.

The CBHE course equips these professionals with vital knowledge in business management and innovative healthcare delivery models. By fostering an entrepreneurial mindset, AHC hopes to inspire participants to develop sustainable health solutions tailored to their communities’ needs. Past cohorts have reportedly made significant impacts by implementing projects that improve access to quality healthcare and promote preventive measures.

As this new group embarks on its training journey, there is optimism about their potential contributions to transforming healthcare landscapes in their respective regions. The program underscores the importance of integrating entrepreneurship into public health strategies for more resilient and effective healthcare systems across Africa.
