The Bishop of the Northern Accra Diocese of the Methodist Church, Right Reverend Andrew Mbeah-Baiden, has shared important advice for leaders. He urged them to understand and appreciate diverse perspectives. This practice can help create inclusive leadership.
He emphasized that leaders should embrace different viewpoints in their communities. This approach fosters an environment where everyone feels included.
“As leaders, we must be open and respectful,” he said. “We need to learn and adjust our views.”
Rt Rev. Mbeah-Baiden spoke at the 7th Koomson/Ackah/Enchia memorial lecture in Accra. The event celebrated Retired Major Daniel Sowa Ablorh-Quarcoo and Mr Emmanuel Botchwey for their dedication to the church.
