Anti-corruption campaigner Appiah Kubi praised Attorney-General Dr. Dominic Ayine. He commended Ayine for his transparent approach to fighting corruption.
Kubi believes that the A-G's decision to inform the press is effective. He noted that corruption thrives in secrecy, not openness.
Speaking on Accra 100.5 FM on March 25, 2025, Kubi dismissed claims against the A-G’s public disclosures. He argued that keeping the public informed helps prevent corruption.
"Corruption does not thrive in openness," he stated. The A-G’s transparency will ensure accountability and discourage corrupt practices.
Kubi urged Dr. Ayine to continue this approach. He emphasized that such openness protects the country’s resources from mismanagement and embezzlement.
