A/R: Man found dead in stream after heavy rains at Oforikrom

An unidentified man's body was found in a stream at Kings Down. This suburb is located in the Oforikrom municipality of the Ashanti Region. The discovery followed heavy rains on Tuesday.

Residents were shocked to see the body. They believe the man may have been swept away by floodwaters. The lifeless body was discovered early Wednesday morning, June 4. It was partially submerged in the stream.

Police and emergency services have not yet retrieved the body. They need to start investigations into this incident.
