A/R: NDC executives in Atwima Nwabiagya South reject MCE nomination of Mr. Osei Wisdom

Executives of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Atwima Nwabiagya South are concerned. They have called for the rejection of Mr. Osei Wisdom as Municipal Chief Executive (MCE).

At a press conference, Mr. Abu Saddick, the Constituency Chairman, voiced their dissatisfaction. He stated that they cannot work with Mr. Osei if he is appointed. They believe his leadership could hinder the party’s goals.

Mr. Saddick also accused Mr. Osei of disrespecting constituency executives. He claimed that Mr. Osei has cursed those who opposed his candidacy for MCE.

The executives criticized allowing Mr. Osei to participate in the vetting process in Accra. They described him as unfit and incompetent for the role.

The group appealed to NDC National Executives and President John Mahama to reconsider Mr. Osei's nomination. They warned that this decision could deepen divisions within the party and harm unity in the constituency.
