Joyce Bawah Mogtari, Senior Presidential Advisor to President John Dramani Mahama, shared her thoughts on the new administration. She called the first 120 days a “phenomenal opportunity” for Ghana to start fresh.
In a statement on social media on May 7, she expressed optimism about the country’s direction. She noted that the current momentum shows a clear break from the past.
Mogtari praised President Mahama’s commitment to integrity and accountability. She highlighted efficient public service delivery as a key focus of the administration.
She stated, “There is no room for complacency. But there is every reason for confidence.” Mogtari pointed out ongoing reforms like a leaner ministerial team and people-centered policies.
She emphasized that Ghanaians are witnessing a new leadership style—disciplined, visionary, and inclusive. The government aims to restore dignity and ensure development across the country.
“This is not just a slogan but a visible reality,” she added. Under President Mahama, she believes Ghana has an opportunity to #ResetGhana.
Mogtari's comments come as public confidence appears to be rising. Recent polls show growing support for the President’s administration.
As the government approaches its first quarter mark, many see these early gains as promising. They lay the foundation for transparent and effective leadership that inspires hope among Ghanaians.
