Former Adentan MP Kojo Adu Asare has dismissed claims by Rev. Ntim Fordjour that drug trafficking has surged under the NDC government.
Speaking on Metro TV, Adu Asare argued that such accusations lack factual backing, questioning why Fordjour did not verify with security agencies before going public.
He accused the opposition of fabricating scandals to discredit the government, emphasizing that recent drug busts demonstrate the administration's commitment to fighting crime.
Adu Asare urged Ghanaians to focus on real progress rather than baseless claims, insisting that allegations must be backed by evidence, not mere speculation.
