The Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) used technology to enhance customer experience. This occurred at the Kwahu Business Forum last Saturday in Mpraeso, Eastern Region.
The forum gathered financial institutions, private sector leaders, and government officials. It also included MSMEs and global businesses. The theme was “The Future of Business: The Role of the Financial Sector.”
ADB's exhibition booth saw a high number of visitors during the event. This was due to their fully digitized customer onboarding platform. Their professionalism ensured an exceptional customer experience.
Visitors could open accounts instantly using a simplified platform. This process was paperless and internally developed. Each new customer received a free Visa Prepaid Card, activated on the spot. They gained immediate access to ADB’s digital services.
