Joyce Boatey-Agyei is the head coach of the Ghana U-15 girls. She aims to win the 2025 African Schools Football Championship (ASFC). The team reached the finals after a thrilling 3-2 victory over South Africa.
This match took place at the University of Ghana Stadium on April 26. Ghana scored three goals for the second game in a row. They also conceded their first two goals of the tournament.
Boatey-Agyei expressed her players' commitment to making Ghanaians proud. She noted how much support they have received from fans. "We need to show them their cheers are not in vain," she said.
The coach emphasized their love for supporters, stating, "We want to fight for them." The players are eager to succeed and make a name for themselves.
"This competition helps them grow and shows their potential," she added. Ghana will face Uganda in the finals on Saturday, April 26. Uganda won their semifinal against Morocco with a score of 2-0.
