Abdul Mumin nominated for La Liga Goal of the Season award

Ghana international Abdul Mumin is nominated for the 2024/25 La Liga Goal of the Season award.

His stunning goal against Osasuna at Vallecas is one of nine selected.

Mumin, 26, scored this goal in September. It was one of two goals he netted before a knee injury ended his season early.

The left-footed strike equalized the game against Osasuna, which Rayo Vallecano won at home.

Last season, he also scored against Real Madrid in a thrilling 3-3 draw.

Mumin made 24 league appearances this past season. He scored two goals and provided one assist. His team secured European football for next season.
