Ablakwa donates 36 laptops to teachers who accepted postings to North Tongu

Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, the MP for North Tongu, has donated 36 laptops. These laptops are for teachers who accepted postings to North Tongu.

Ablakwa aims to encourage teachers to work in remote areas. He plans to support teacher development with scholarships and other programs.

He stated that he will introduce more teacher-friendly policies. This is to help retain and motivate teachers in his constituency.

In a Facebook post, Ablakwa expressed his commitment. He wrote, “The tradition continues in my beloved North Tongu. Teachers who accept postings to rural communities receive laptops from the MP as appreciation.”

He added that 36 teachers benefit from this initiative. Ablakwa also mentioned plans for continuous capacity building and awards. His goal is to improve educational outcomes in the area.
