Accra High School has received over 2,400 tablets from the Ministry of Education and Ghana Education Service as part of the government’s ‘One-Student-One-Tablet’ policy.
The tablets, currently stored at the school, will be distributed next year after teachers complete training on the devices' learning modules.
This clarification comes after false reports suggested the school hadn't received the tablets.
The announcement was made during the school's 101st Founders’ Day celebration, which highlighted the importance of discipline and the role of stakeholders in education.
The event was attended by alumni, students, and other dignitaries.
