Acting NPA CEO engages stakeholders on Eastern regional tour

Godwin Kudzo Tameklo is the Acting CEO of the National Petroleum Authority (NPA). He is on a nationwide familiarization tour. Recently, he visited the Eastern Region.

On Tuesday, March 25, 2024, Mr. Tameklo met with the Eastern Regional Security Council. This council is chaired by Regional Minister Rita Akosua Adjei Awatey. They discussed ways to improve collaboration among key stakeholders in the region.

Mr. Tameklo highlighted the importance of security agencies. They play a vital role in fighting illicit fuel activities. He acknowledged their contributions and requested ongoing support to address these issues.

After meeting with the security council, he visited the NPA's Eastern Regional Office. There, he interacted with staff to understand their operations better.

This visit is part of Mr. Tameklo’s initiative to learn about regional activities. He aims to foster closer engagement with stakeholders across the country.
