Address public mistrust – Herbert Krapa to ECG

Minister of State at the Ministry of Energy, Herbert Krapa, has urged the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) to work harder to regain public trust.

After visiting ECG's Accra West regional office, he emphasized the need for the company to improve customer service and address complaints more efficiently.

Krapa noted that public confidence in ECG has waned and stressed the importance of timely and effective responses to customer issues.

He also called for streamlining processes within the customer service office to enhance efficiency.
