Adukrom: Boy, 15, murdered after intervening in GHC10 fight

Police in Adukrom are investigating the murder of a 15-year-old student. Richard Konnor was killed after trying to stop a fight over GHC10. This tragic incident happened in Adukrom, located in the Okere District of the Eastern Region.

Sources say Richard went out around 9:30 p.m. to buy food. He was allegedly ambushed by suspects who attacked him with a machete. He bled profusely and collapsed from his injuries. Richard was later pronounced dead at the Okere Government Hospital.

Three teenagers, aged 15 to 17, are identified as suspects. They are currently in police custody and assisting with investigations. The suspects are known in the community for bad behavior and alleged drug use.

Richard's body has been taken to the morgue for an autopsy and preservation. Meanwhile, his grieving family is calling for swift justice.
