He recommended that every facility have a dedicated manager. This person would monitor shop activities and address issues proactively.
Appiah noted that fire outbreaks should not happen often. Those responsible must be held accountable for their actions.
He stated, “We cannot repeat past mistakes and expect support.” Consequences should follow investigations into such incidents. Identifying the source of a fire is crucial for accountability. This approach may deter future occurrences among occupants.
