Adutwum announces intention to contest NPP flagbearer race

Former Education Minister Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum plans to run for NPP flagbearer. He announced his candidacy for the 2028 general elections on Facebook.

In his post, Dr. Adutwum stated he is the party's best hope for victory. He highlighted his record and vision for Ghana as key reasons for his bid.

He said, “In the silence of the noise, one man’s record speaks louder than mere campaign chants.” He added that his impact is felt across every region in Ghana.

Dr. Adutwum is known for his educational reforms and technocratic approach. His announcement could lead to a competitive race within the NPP once nominations open.
