Sarah Adwoa Safo, a former NPP MP for Dome Kwabenya, is frustrated. She is upset with the party’s disciplinary committee. They did not inform her about the postponement of her hearing.
The committee summoned her after comments she made on JoyNews’ The Pulse show. Party leaders saw these comments as a violation of their directive. This directive prohibits members from discussing issues that could cause unrest.
Safo arrived at the NPP headquarters in Accra yesterday, ready for her hearing. Before she got there, some party supporters gathered to show their support.
