Adwumawura programme fully funded to ensure sustainability – Mahama

President John Mahama has launched the Adwumawura programme. He emphasized that this initiative is different from past policies. Previous programs often failed due to lack of funding.

At the launch in Kumasi on Monday, April 28, Mr. Mahama assured full funding for Adwumawura. This will help ensure its long-term success.

“This programme is not like others that faded away,” he said. “Adwumawura is fully funded through the Ministry of Finance in the 2025 budget.”

The initiative aims to create 40,000 jobs over four years. It plans to generate 10,000 jobs each year.

The programme will support both new and existing Ghanaian businesses. It will also provide coaching for young entrepreneurs.
