Aflao rocked by suspected ritual murder, missing 5-year-old's remains found

Aflao Community Shocked by Suspected Ritual Murder of Missing Girl

The Aflao community in the Volta Region is in shock. A five-year-old girl has been suspected to be a victim of ritual killing. She went missing on May 12.

Her mother stepped out briefly, and the girl disappeared. When the mother returned, she could not find her daughter. This prompted a frantic search for the child.

The girl's clothes were found stained with blood. They were located on the property of Ahiable Yao David, a local vendor.

Police were alerted and searched David's room. They discovered a buried pot under his bed. The pot contained human body parts believed to belong to the missing girl.

David is currently on the run from authorities.
