Agordzo must apologise to Dampare for his hateful, partisan attacks – Retired Police officer

A retired police officer and security analyst, Nana Appiah Owusu, has called on retired Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Benjamin Agordzo to apologize to the Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Dr. George Akuffo Dampare, for his recent criticisms.

Owusu condemned Agordzo's remarks advocating for mutiny against the IGP, particularly in light of Agordzo's past legal issues. He expressed disapproval of Agordzo's claim that some officers might forcibly remove the IGP if he remains in office beyond January 7, 2025.

Owusu emphasized that such actions, driven by partisan motives, are inappropriate and a threat to national security. He urged Agordzo to retract his comments and apologize for inciting unlawful conduct.
