Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng has concluded the investigation into the Airbus scandal, determining that no criminal conduct occurred.
The probe, which examined alleged bribery by Airbus SE in the sale of military aircraft to Ghana between 2009 and 2015, cleared former President John Dramani Mahama and his brother Samuel Mahama of wrongdoing.
Consequently, arrest warrants and INTERPOL's Red Notices for those implicated have been rescinded.
The Office of the Special Prosecutor has officially terminated the case and will not pursue any criminal charges.
