Akufo-Addo prioritised himself over Ghanaians – Ken Thompson

Ken Thompson, former Chief Executive Officer of Dalex Finance, has accused former President Nana Akufo-Addo of mismanaging the economy and prioritizing personal interests over the well-being of Ghanaians.

Speaking on Channel One TV, Thompson criticized the previous administration for policies that, in his view, plunged the country into economic hardship.

“They ran the economy aground,” he stated, highlighting the struggles of young Ghanaians due to poor governance decisions.

Thompson expressed disappointment in Akufo-Addo’s leadership, revealing that his attempts to engage the former president on critical economic issues were ignored.

“I told him, ‘Mr. President, you are destroying the lives of millions of Ghanaians,’ but he didn’t listen,” he lamented.
