President Nana Akufo-Addo has sworn in Benjamin Barfo-Bonney as the new Deputy Commissioner of the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) at a brief ceremony held at the Jubilee House.
The President expressed confidence in Barfo-Bonney’s expertise, emphasizing that the appointment reflects the government's commitment to upholding rights and promoting justice.
Barfo-Bonney, who holds a doctorate in business leadership, a Master of Science in Defence and International Politics, and a Master of Law in International Law, succeeds the late Richard Ackom Quayson, who passed away in March 2024.
