Alpha and Omega Specialist Hospital records 85,332 outpatient visits 1st year

The Alpha and Omega Specialist Hospital in Madina, Accra, has had a successful first year.

It recorded over 85,332 outpatient visits and 11,308 admissions. This averages to 200 to 350 outpatient cases daily.

The hospital offers free antenatal care and deliveries for pregnant women with NHIS cards. This initiative led to 75 cesarean sections performed within the year.

Francis Fosu, the Managing Director, shared these details during the hospital's anniversary celebration on Saturday.

He highlighted the hospital's achievements in service delivery and infrastructure expansion. The facility is becoming a key healthcare provider for Madina and nearby areas.
