Sam Pee Yalley, former Ghanaian High Commissioner to India, has died. He was a respected member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC). Yalley passed away on Sunday at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra. His sudden death has left the political and diplomatic community in mourning.
