Franklin Cudjoe, founder of IMANI Africa, has criticized Attorney General Godfred Yeboah Dame's actions in the ambulance case against Minority Leader Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson and others.
Cudjoe argued that the case should not have reached court, especially since accused Richard Jakpa agreed to refund the money for the ambulances.
Speaking on Channel One TV's The Big Issue, he claimed the state wasted resources on a baseless prosecution, and accused Dame of acting like an Attorney General in a communist regime.
The Court of Appeal recently acquitted Dr. Forson and Jakpa, overturning a previous order to open their defense.
