Sam George, lead sponsor of the Proper Human Sexual Rights and Family Values Bill, has expressed frustration over the Supreme Court's delay in hearing two related cases.
He argues that these cases, crucial to both the legislature and executive, should be prioritized.
The Supreme Court has yet to start hearings on cases filed by Amanda Odoi and Richard Dela Sky, which have been pending since July.
George emphasized the urgency, referencing a previous judgment by Justice Yonny Kulendi.
He also announced a postponement of a planned demonstration against Chief Justice Gertrude Torkonoo from September 17 to October 8 due to a scheduling conflict.
