Appreciate journalists for aiding governance – Bagbin

Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin, has urged Ghanaians to recognize and appreciate the vital role journalists play in the nation’s governance.

In his Christmas message, Bagbin acknowledged media professionals as a crucial link between the government and the people, ensuring transparency and communication.

He highlighted that without journalists, the nation would remain in the dark, stressing their importance in lubricating the wheels of governance.

Bagbin also encouraged Ghanaians to reflect on the peaceful 2024 elections and work towards national unity, accepting the election results with humility for a stronger and united country.
