Ayudahub Limited launches ‘Ayuda App’ to offer on-demand services

Ayudahub Limited has launched the Ayuda App. This mobile app offers easy access to essential services. The launch event was held at Atlantic Mall in Accra. The company also conducted an awareness drive to introduce the app’s features.

The Ayuda App serves as a one-stop platform for booking services. Users can find professionals for cleaning, fumigation, electrical repairs, carpentry, plumbing, and air conditioning servicing. It connects users with certified service providers for reliable service delivery.

Laurinda Cyriaano is the Head of Marketing and Business Development at Ayudahub Limited. She stated that the app brings convenience and helps reduce unemployment. The app provides a structured platform for service providers to find work. This empowers skilled workers and supports economic growth through digital innovation.

Cyriaano explained the app's features designed for clients' needs. There are two activities on the app: flex and premium. Premium allows users to request a service assessment before getting an invoice. Flex lets users set a price that artisans can accept or negotiate.

Vanessa Baah-Williams is the Head of Customer Service at Ayudahub Limited. She assured the public of their commitment to high-quality services. She emphasized safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction in their approach.

Baah-Williams noted issues with traditional service methods often leave customers frustrated. Artisans may cancel last minute or provide excuses without proper communication. Ayuda aims to structure everything from request to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.

During the launch event, the company engaged shoppers at Atlantic Mall. They demonstrated how the app works and encouraged downloads. This outreach is part of Ayudahub’s strategy to increase visibility and user adoption during its initial rollout phase.
