The Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) has made serious allegations against Kwabena Adu-Boahene. He is the former Director-General of the National Signals Bureau (NSB).
Frank Marshall Cromwell, an EOCO investigator, revealed that Adu-Boahene's car dealership, Enterprise Dreams Limited, rented and sold stolen vehicles. These vehicles were taken from North American countries.
EOCO has frozen several assets belonging to Adu-Boahene and his wife. This includes real estate and high-end vehicles.
Enterprise Dreams Limited operates a luxury car rental business called Dream Enterprise Collections Limited. They claim to have over 10 luxury vehicles in stock, including brands like Bentley, BMW, Ferrari, and Lamborghini.
Cromwell's witness statement indicated that companies linked to Adu-Boahene were either non-existent or involved in criminal activities. He stated that A4 was the sole shareholder of BNC Communications Limited.
Company records show that A2 is the sole shareholder of A4. A2 and A3 are directors of A4 as well.
Further investigation revealed that A4 owns several companies controlled by A1, A2, and A3. These include Vertex Solutions Limited and Securigence Limited.
Cromwell noted that except for Enterprise Dreams Limited, most companies had no records of services provided. Investigations found no clients or employees for these companies.
There were also no payments made for services rendered or clear sources of income. Cromwell plans to submit bank account statements as evidence in this case.
