Bawumia, NPP begin nationwide thank you tour

Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the 2024 Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), will start a Thank You Tour. This tour begins on Saturday, April 26, 2025.

The NPP’s National Council fully endorses this initiative. The goal is to express gratitude to party members and the public for their support during the 2024 elections.

The tour is themed “In All Things, Give Thanks to God” (1 Thessalonians 5:18). It reflects the party's faith-based values and acknowledges divine guidance throughout the electoral process.

This nationwide effort aims to appreciate supporters and strengthen unity within the party. It will conclude with interfaith national thanksgiving services that include Christian and Islamic observances.

The tour will cover all sixteen regions. It starts in the Western Region on April 26 and ends in the Central Region on June 4, 2025.

Each region will host gatherings for party members to celebrate shared victories and future prospects.

The Ashanti Region will have a special three-day program from April 29 to May 1 due to its size and political importance.

NPP leadership encourages all members and supporters to participate actively in their local events.

This gesture of appreciation also helps renew connections with citizens and energize the party base for future challenges.
