Bawumia can’t implement his policies because he is not president – Osae-Kwapong

John Osae-Kwapong from CDD-Ghana says it's normal for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, NPP's Vice President and flagbearer, to propose new policies for his potential presidency.

Although Bawumia is part of the current administration, he can't fully implement his own policies until he is president, even if some ideas might continue from Akufo-Addo's tenure.
