Bawumia hits ground to thank Ghanaians for election 2024

Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is the 2024 Presidential Candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP). He, along with party leadership, will start a nationwide “Thank You Tour” on Saturday, April 26, 2025.

This initiative has been approved by the Party’s National Council. It aims to thank NPP members and the public for their support during the 2024 elections.

The tour's theme is "In All Things, Give Thanks to God" (1 Thessalonians 5:18). This reflects the party’s commitment to recognizing divine guidance in its political journey.

The tour will allow Bawumia and his Campaign Team to reconnect with grassroots supporters. They want to show appreciation for everyone’s efforts in the electoral campaign.

The tour will end with interfaith national thanksgiving services. These services will involve both Christian and Islamic communities.

The detailed schedule shows that the team starts in the Western Region on April 26. They will visit all sixteen regions, including key areas like Ashanti Region from April 29 to May 1 and Greater Accra from May 10 to May 12.

The final stop will be in the Central Region on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. Each visit will include constituency-level gatherings aimed at strengthening party unity and morale.

The NPP encourages all supporters to participate actively in this gratitude expression. They should attend events scheduled in their regions and constituencies.

The party believes this gesture will deepen bonds with supporters. It also aims to promote appreciation and unity within both the Party and Ghana's democratic landscape.
