Bawumia is NPP’s best bet for 2028 – NPP journalist declares

Renowned broadcaster Dasebre Adjei Dwamena has issued a warning. He cautioned against trying to bypass Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia in the race for the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) flagbearer position for the 2028 elections.

Dwamena spoke on the Movement In the Morning Political Show. This show airs on Wontumi Radio and Movement TV. He emphasized that the party fully supports Bawumia’s candidacy.

He stated, “Anyone wanting to be flagbearer but trying to sideline Bawumia should know it won’t work.” He added that such individuals might leave the party like Alan Kyeremanten did.

Dwamena also warned against using unfair tactics against Bawumia. He said those efforts would waste resources since the party backs the current Vice President.

“You will waste your money if you want to bypass Bawumia,” he concluded.
