The Ghana Bar Association (GBA) has urged those involved in removing Chief Justice Gertrude Araba Torkonoo to follow the rule of law.
This message was shared in a statement signed by GBA President Efua Ghartey and National Secretary Kwaku Gyau Baffour.
The GBA emphasized the importance of discretion as outlined in Article 296 of the 1992 Constitution. This discretion is vital for maintaining the independence and reputation of the Judiciary.
