She warned journalists and editors about the risks of Artificial Intelligence (AI). While AI can help create content quickly, it has drawbacks. The uncontrolled nature of AI poses significant challenges to society.

Mrs. Gwira spoke at the World Press Freedom Day celebration in Ho. The theme was "Reporting in the Brave New World: The Role of Artificial Intelligence." She emphasized that media organizations should combine AI with human intelligence for better accuracy.

According to Mrs. Gwira, AI is not perfect for news production. It can distort names and basic information about places. This may lead to misinformation and a distorted view of history.
