Citi FM’s General Manager, Bernard Avle, has advised University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) graduates to prioritize character development alongside their professional skills.

Speaking at the university's 16th Congregation, Avle emphasized integrity, competence, and consistency as key traits for strong moral authority and effective leadership.

Addressing 1,296 graduates from the Faculty of Accounting and Finance, he encouraged them to embrace gradual growth in their careers, contribute to their communities, and uplift others.

“Arise and shine, but don’t shine alone,” Avle urged, reinforcing the importance of collective progress for lasting success.
