Blazing fire razes down shops in Tema Community 1 market

A fire has destroyed some shops in the Tema Community One Market.

The Ghana National Fire Service reports that eight shops were burned down.

Fortunately, over 100 shops were saved from the flames.

Two fire pumps are on-site, but heavy smoke hampers their work.

No injuries have been reported from the incident so far.

Firefighters are still investigating the cause of the fire.

They are working hard to extinguish the flames and prevent further damage.
