C/R: Kennedy Agyepong's supporters in Awutu Senya East allude to gross intimidation

Some members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in Awutu Senya East feel unsafe. They supported Kennedy Agyepong's presidential campaign. Now, they face threats and attacks from other party members.

The group reports ongoing victimization after raising concerns. This happened during a visit by the Prof Mike Ocquaye-led committee. The committee was formed to investigate issues related to the party’s recent election loss.

Prince Larbie, a supporter of Agyepong, shared his experience. He was attacked on Monday at a party event. He expressed worry about the increasing hostility towards Agyepong's supporters.

The supporters are asking NPP's national leadership for help. They believe these threats harm the party’s unity efforts. They also urge the police to take their safety seriously.
