Captain Effah Dartey demands apology from Mahama, Opoku-Agyemang, and Bagbin

Captain Nkrabea Effah Dartey, a private legal practitioner and politician, has called for apologies. He wants President John Dramani Mahama, Vice President Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, and Speaker Alban Bagbin to apologize to Ghanaians.

He believes they created a constitutional anomaly. The absence of both the President and Vice President has caused a vacuum. He described this situation as “improper and an abuse of the constitution.”

Speaking on Adom FM’s Dwaso Nsem morning show, he suggested a constitutional amendment. He proposed adding an article that allows the Speaker to act as President when both leaders are absent.
