Cedar Mountain Chapel, Assemblies of God, celebrated African Union (AU) Day.
The event, called Cedar International Day, took place on Sunday, May 25, 2025. It was held at Cedar City on Number 1 Lagos Avenue.
This celebration reflects the church's commitment to global unity and diversity.
Many nationals from various countries living in Ghana attended. They wore traditional attire and waved national flags.
The event featured music, prayer, and fellowship to celebrate diversity.
Rev. Stephen Wengam delivered a sermon titled “Understanding Intimacy with the Holy Spirit.” He is the General Superintendent of Assemblies of God Ghana and Lead Pastor of Cedar Mountain Chapel.
He encouraged believers to deepen their relationship with the Holy Spirit. “You become a vessel for God's will when you understand intimacy with Him,” he said.
Rev. Wengam emphasized that living a Spirit-filled life requires the Holy Spirit.
Attendees prayed for peace among nations and for foreigners in Ghana. They also prayed for global unity.
