Channel One TV will host a three-day agricultural exhibition called AgriFair.
The event celebrates Ghana’s agricultural potential. It aims to connect farmers, agribusinesses, and consumers directly.
AgriFair is scheduled for Friday, June 20 to Sunday, June 22. It will take place at the Efua Sutherland Children's Park in Accra.
The exhibition will showcase the entire agricultural value chain. This includes primary producers, processors, and distributors.
A variety of stakeholders will attend AgriFair. These include commercial farmers, agritech innovators, input suppliers, and agro-processors. Visitors can explore fresh fruits, vegetables, livestock, aquaculture products, and processed goods.
The exhibition serves as a marketplace for key sectors like livestock and fisheries. Exhibitors can promote their brands and build networks with the public.
Samuel Attah-Mensah is the Managing Director of Channel One TV. He spoke on the Citi Breakfast Show on May 14 about the fair's goals. The fair aims to bridge gaps between producers and consumers.
It also supports the growth of commercial agriculture in Ghana. The event seeks to boost visibility for agricultural players and foster partnerships.
AgriFair encourages innovation in farming practices and promotes sustainable food systems. Farmers and agribusinesses interested in exhibiting can register by calling 0205973973.
