Chiana-Paga doesn’t have a single tarred road – MP

Nikyema Billa Alamzy is the Member of Parliament for Chiana-Paga. He has highlighted serious infrastructure issues in his constituency. There is not a single tarred road in the area.

On April 9, he spoke on Citi FM's Eyewitness News. Alamzy described Chiana-Paga as vast and unique. The constituency shares borders with several districts and Burkina Faso.

He said, "My constituency has a lot to lobby for." He emphasized its strategic importance due to these borders. However, he expressed disappointment about the lack of tarred roads.

"I cannot boast or we cannot boast of a single tarred road," he lamented.
