Nana Agyei Baffour Awuah is the MP for Manhyia South. He is also a member of the Constitutional, Legal, and Parliamentary Affairs Committee.

He addressed the standoff between Rev. Ntim Fordjour and the government on JoyNews Desk.

Mr. Awuah clarified that the issue is not Rev. Fordjour’s actions. Instead, it is about how the government reacted to his calls for transparency.

He emphasized that Rev. Fordjour did not intend to accuse the government. His goal was to seek clarification on important matters.

“Rev. Ntim Fordjour is not the problem,” Mr. Awuah stated. “He only demanded answers; he never accused the government.”
