Construction begins on C/R Lands Commission Office complex

Construction has started on a new office complex for the Central Regional office of the Lands Commission. This project is located in Cape Coast. It aims to improve land administration and service delivery in the region.

The new building is part of the Commission’s strategic plan. The goal is to create permanent offices for all regional offices across the country. This will help reduce rent payments.

The construction is expected to take 18 to 24 months. Once completed, it will house all departments of the Commission. Currently, these departments operate from different locations in Cape Coast.
