Cosmo Developers and Fimex unveil Saareeyaa to transform urban living in Labone

Cosmo Developers, in partnership with Fimex Ltd, has launched Saareeyaa. This new residential project aims to redefine urban living in Labone, Accra.

The unveiling ceremony took place at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel on May 25. It gathered stakeholders from the real estate industry, including investors and property managers. They highlighted the project's luxury, accessibility, and community-focused design.

Saareeyaa is a four-story building located just off Labone's main road. It combines modern elegance with convenience in a sought-after neighborhood. The development features a state-of-the-art gym and secure ground-floor parking.

There are four levels of residential space with six apartment layouts. Options range from sleek studio units to spacious three-bedroom residences. Each unit has floor-to-ceiling windows that provide natural light and city views.

The penthouse stands out with its private terrace and infinity pool. It offers breathtaking skyline vistas for residents to enjoy.

Nadine Jaber, CEO of Cosmo Developers, welcomed guests at the event. She emphasized their commitment to building homes for the future.

Jaber explained that every detail of Saareeyaa’s design meets clients' unique needs. She referenced past successes like the La Vista project in Abelemkpe. “We believe in cosmopolitan living,” she said.

Investors can customize their spaces at Saareeyaa through its "Designed for Living" concept.

The project features an innovative rent-to-own payment structure. Buyers pay 50% upfront and cover the rest within one or two years. This allows them to live in their apartment while paying off ownership costs.

Saareeyaa targets families, young professionals, diaspora investors, and employees seeking home ownership. Jaber noted that pricing is strategic to accommodate various buyers.

Labone was chosen for its investment potential and vibrant atmosphere. Jaber mentioned it’s only ten minutes from the airport.

Abdul Latif Fawaz, CEO of Fimex Ltd, stressed making home ownership accessible through rent-to-own options. He aims to include those often excluded from property ownership.

Fawaz added amenities designed for families living in apartments are also included in Saareeyaa's plans.

Bobby Banson from Robert Smith Law Group praised Saareeyaa’s legal groundwork as unique compared to other projects. He noted that construction began only after thorough documentation was completed.

He highlighted that buyers can see physical units before purchasing rather than relying on plans alone.

Avelon Tetteh Junior, Property Manager for La Vista, echoed these sentiments about amenities enhancing living experiences at Saareeyaa.

He mentioned that each penthouse includes a private pool and terrace for exclusive use by residents.
