The prosecution in the murder case of Miss Joana Deladem Yabani has submitted an amended charge sheet and an autopsy report to the court, marking a significant step in the trial.
However, the court noted that the Attorney-General’s Office has yet to provide legal advice on the case.
To expedite proceedings, the police prosecution team has been directed to work closely with the Attorney-General’s Office.
Meanwhile, the prime suspect, Master Daniel Tuffuor, a final-year student, has been remanded for the second time.
The court has adjourned the case to April 1, 2025, to allow for further legal review.
