Court to decide on remand of Ex-NSB Boss today

The judge in the case against Kwabena Adu-Boahen will decide today. He is the former boss of the National Signals Bureau. The decision will be about whether to remand him.

Attorney General Dr. Dominic Ayine argued for his remand. On April 30, he stated that Adu-Boahen might tamper with a key witness.

Adu-Boahen's lawyer, Samuel Atta Akyea, questioned this intelligence. He doubted his client's ability to interfere with the witness.

The judge postponed his ruling. He plans to hear evidence in-camera before making a decision.

Dr. Ayine also mentioned ongoing investigations at Ghana Water Limited. They involve Adu-Boahen and payments of GHS 1.5 million monthly for internet services.
